Login to Your Domain Name Console

Follow these steps to log in to your domain name console, and reset your password if you've forgotten it.

TL;DR

  • Log in to your domain console at theconsole.tppwholesale.com.au, using the Domain tab and the credentials Honcho emailed you.
  • These are your domain console login details — not your regular Honcho account login.
  • Forgot your password? Use the "Have you forgotten your password?" link and provide your name and domain name to reset it.

Prerequisites

  • An active domain registered through Honcho.
  • Your domain console credentials (username and password) — sent to you via email when your domain was registered.
  • Your domain name — needed if you ever need to reset your password.

Step-by-Step Instructions: Log in to Your Domain Console

  1. Go to theconsole.tppwholesale.com.au.
  2. Select the Domain tab (not "Reseller").
  3. Enter the Username and Password provided to you via email.
  4. Click Login.

Resetting a forgotten password

  1. On the login screen, click "Have you forgotten your password?"
  2. Enter your name and domain name when prompted.
  3. Follow the emailed instructions to reset your password.

Troubleshooting

  • I can't remember my domain console password.
    • Why this happens: The original credentials email was lost, deleted, or the password was never saved.
    • What to do: Click "Have you forgotten your password?" on the login page, then enter your name and domain name to reset it.
  • I never received my login credentials email.
    • Why this happens: The registration email may have been missed, filtered to spam, or sent before console access was fully set up.
    • What to do: Contact Honcho support to have your domain console credentials resent.
  • I'm not sure whether to use the "Reseller" or "Domain" tab.
    • Why this happens: The login page shows both tabs, and it's easy to select the wrong one.
    • What to do: Select the Domain tab to administer an individual domain. The Reseller tab is for separate credentials issued only to registered agents.
